Competition Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is Think Products Pty Ltd, ABN 83 114 825 722, located at 3 Brooks Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The competition begins at 1 November 2025 9am AEST and ends at 30 November 2025 5pm AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

To enter, nominate a sporting team or club, gym crew, run club or fitness group by tagging them in the comments of the relevant competition post on Instagram or Facebook and answering in 25 words or less why you are nominating them. Entrants may submit multiple nominations, but each must be a separate comment and tag a different team or individual.
One winning team/group will be selected each month to receive $500 worth of BC Bars (RRP) to share among the nominated group. Prize not transferable or redeemable for cash. RRP value is $500.

As a condition of receiving the prize, winners agree to:

  • Provide a group photo with their BC Bars
  • Grant permission for the image to be used by the Promoter for marketing, social media and promotional purposes.

Winners will be selected by the Promoter based on creativity, community spirit and relevance to the BC brand. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered and announced via @BC.Snacks by 10 December 2025.

Prizes will be delivered to the nominated group at an agreed address within Australia. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed or damaged parcels.

By entering, you confirm you have the permission of the person or group you’re nominating, and you agree to the Promoter using any submitted content (including tags and comments) for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and solely for the purpose of administering this competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
